Day 2: Guided Tour of Marrakech

• Morning: Enjoy breakfast followed by a guided city tour.

  • Explore Bahia Palace
  • Visit the Saadian Tombs
  • Discover Ben Youssef Madrasa
• Wander through the souks of the medina, shopping for traditional crafts, spices, and souvenirs.
• Afternoon: Vinyasa Yoga class to relax and rejuvenate.
• Evening: Watch the sunset from a rooftop café.
• Enjoy a traditional Moroccan dinner.
• Overnight: Marrakech

Day 3: Marrakech to Telouet and Ait Ben Haddou

• Morning: Depart early from Marrakech, driving through the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n'Tichka Pass.
• Midday: Visit the Kasbah of Telouet, a grand fortress once home to the powerful Glaoui family.
• Afternoon: Continue to Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Explore this iconic ksar (fortified village) known for its mud-brick architecture and its role in movies and TV shows.
• Evening: Enjoy a traditional dinner and spend the night near the ksar.

Day 4: Ait Ben Haddou to Dades Valley

• Morning: After breakfast, head towards Ouarzazate, often called the "gateway to the Sahara."

Day 6: Exploring the Merzouga Region

• Enjoy a relaxed day at the desert camp. Leave whenever you’re ready to explore the area.
  • Search for fossils, sip tea with nomads, try the local "pizza", and join a Gnawa dance.
  • Visit the old mines in the region.
• Afternoon: Head to Rissani, famous for its vibrant palm date market and historical significance. Visit the Mausoleum of Moulay Ali Cherif, the founder of the Alaouite dynasty, for a deeper understanding of Morocco’s spiritual and historical roots.
• Overnight: Desert Camp in Merzouga

Day 7: Merzouga to Ouarzazate

• Morning: Wake up early to witness the stunning desert sunrise.
• Late Morning: Depart Merzouga and head back towards Ouarzazate.
• Afternoon: Stop in Alnif or Rissani to explore a local souk, or visit the Draa Valley’s scenic palm groves.
